The Gāyatrī Mantra is the most well-known mantra of the Vedas, because the reflection of the light of consciousness can best be practiced through chanting,gayatrifrom√gaito sing. Veda must be chanted! Conveniently, as is so often the case with the statements of the Vedas, this mantra can be briefly summed up with "Enlighten me!" translate. He is also called "the mother of the Vedas".
Who doesn't know him, everyone has heard him somewhere before. It was so sacred to people that earlier it was not articulated aloud, but only in the mind, and especially at dawn and dusk, accompanying the Prāṇāyāma.
There are many Gāyatrī mantras, for Gāyatrī is the name of an important meter, here too it is referred to as "the mother of all meters". The mantra we practice with bears the nameSavitṛ Gāyatrī. With this mantra a child is initiated into the Veda at the age of seven, now it is worth starting with Prāṇāyāma.
With this subject we will bathe fully in cosmic prāṇa, flooding ourselves with light. For this we apply the sound body of the Gāyatrī mantra (nyāsa), recite from the Yajurveda thatGāyatrīhṛdaya, theGhaṇapāṭhaas well as other Gāyatrī versions.
